Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Mr. Leaphart attended undergraduate school at Dillard University in New Orleans, LA. He attended graduate school at Troy University. He has worked with the Middle Age Learner for over 20 years in the Atlanta Public School System and has been an administrator for the past 7 years.
