Ms. Davis is a dedicated professional who has been an educator for 10 years. She now serves as Drew's Academy Director for grades 6-8. Previously, she was a seventh-grade lead and Reading/Language Arts teacher at Drew Charter School.
Before joining Drew, Ms. Davis worked as a lead teacher, curriculum coordinator and middle school Reading/Language Arts teacher in Maryland, and taught high school literature in a Washington, D.C., charter school. She also was a developmental reading instructor at a local college. Ms. Davis received her bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Maryland, and her educational leadership certification from Kennesaw State University. Ms. Davis also is a certified academic trainer.
