This year Drew is participating in a new Literacy initiative called Book Adventure.  Book Adventure is a FREE reading motivation program for children in grades K-8. Children create their own book lists from over 7,000 recommended titles, take multiple choice quizzes on the books they've read, and earn points and prizes for their literary successes. The grand prize winners in grades 3^rd-8^th will get to attend an overnight trip to Camp Twin Lakes.  The 50 top point earners (a minimum of 1500 points must be earned) from the Book Adventure website get to participate in this exciting opportunity.  Our top point earners in grades K-2 will get to participate in a celebration at school.  Encourage your child to read books and then take the corresponding quizzes on the website to earn points.  Log on to the website www.bookadventure.com.  Each child has a username and password set up by the teacher.  If you have any trouble logging your child onto the program, please contact nlanasa@atlanta.edisonlearning.com.
