R.I.S.E., Drew Charter School's After School Program, is a comprehensive after school program for Pre-K through 7th grade students operating from 4:15PM to 5:30PM on school days. The program includes academic, recreational and athletic activities which are designed to supplement and enrich students’ learning during the day time. Students are divided into groups by grade levels to allow for interaction and participation in activities with their peers. Each week, after school program participants receive two days of academic support, two days of enrichment classes and one day to engage in special projects with their peers. In the past, enrichment classes have included chess, cooking, yoga, ballet, French, Spanish, musical theater, sound design, Green Screen Magic, and TinkerScience. R.I.S.E. nurtures the curiosity of each child to enable growth in knowledge and confidence in capabilities.
Hours of Operation: 4:15pm - 5:30pm
