Technology at Drew Charter School
Drew Charter School's Technology Department supports the technology needs of the school's students and staff, and strategically plans, implements and analyzes the school's overall technology infrastructure. In the current virtual environment, the technology team provides ongoing support to teachers to ensure seamless instruction in a secure digital platform while efficiently maintaining and monitoring digital learning tools, including all school-issued Chromebooks and computer devices, to ensure that students are equipped to effectively engage on a continuous basis
The technology team currently provides technology support to students, families, and staff remotely through service tickets. Technology staff are available for virtual support between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Service tickets can be submitted for services ranging from laptop repair to account access issues. If you are a student and having trouble logging into Zoom or your Internet service is down, contact your teacher first.
